These Terms govern your use of unitynetworkgroup.com, the public information and recruiting website operated by Unity Network Group (“UNG,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the website.
1. Website purpose and eligibility
This website provides information about our organization and allows adults age 18 or older to express interest in agent contracting, training, and agency opportunities. Provide accurate information about yourself and contact details you are authorized to use.
2. Applications and contracting
Submitting the form is a request for follow-up. It does not create an employment relationship, agency contract, carrier appointment, insurance coverage, or a promise of acceptance. Any relationship is subject to separate written agreements, applicable licensing requirements, eligibility review, and carrier approval.
Agents are independent contractors unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Commissions, expenses, chargebacks, lead costs, and other obligations are governed by the applicable agreements. Website descriptions do not replace those agreements.
3. No income or performance guarantees
Company production, agent counts, and office figures are company-reported and may change. Aggregate production is not individual earnings. Compensation and individual outcomes depend on licensing, carrier and product terms, effort, expenses, market conditions, and other factors. Past results do not guarantee future results.
4. Insurance information
Website content is general information, not personalized insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Insurance products, rates, underwriting, and availability vary by carrier and state. Only appropriately licensed and appointed professionals may transact insurance. No coverage is bound through this website.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the site and submit a legitimate inquiry. Do not submit another person’s information without authority, send spam or unlawful content, impersonate someone, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, health records, or client data through the recruiting form.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
Website content and branding belong to UNG or the applicable rights holders. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law. Carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement. Third-party websites and the separately operated agent portal may have their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Communications and privacy
When you submit an application, you ask our team to contact you about that request using the details you provide. This form does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. 8. Availability and responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for your circumstances.
