Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error events to deliver and protect the site. Please do not submit sensitive identifiers, banking details, health information, or client records.

3. Service providers and sharing
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are sent using Resend to contracting@corporateunitynetwork.com, where authorized team members and relevant office leadership may review them. These providers process information to supply hosting and email services. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provide. A submission does not automatically send a carrier application or create a carrier appointment.
We do not sell information collected through this form or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. Vercel BotID processes browser and request signals to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Essential infrastructure may process technical identifiers for delivery and security. Fonts and brand artwork are served with the website. Links to outside websites are governed by those websites’ practices.
5. Retention and security
Application information is retained in our email and related business records for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention may vary with the request and any resulting business relationship. We use HTTPS and restrict application secrets to the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You may leave the form without submitting, omit the optional phone number, request corrections, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access to or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required.
